SNOW REMOVAL

Thank you to whomever used their ATV to remove the snow from the common areas of Chipeta Heights Sunday, 10/25/20.

Please know that Chipeta Heights HOA has contracted with Peaceful Valley Irrigation Landscape to complete this work (e.g. snow removal) so that the only responsibility of the homeowners is to remove snow from sidewalks that border their property.

2021 HOA Assessments (Dues)

Chipeta Heights 2021 HOA Assessments (dues) are $260 annually.

The HOA Assessment is due by January 1, 2021.

HOA Assessments not received by February 1, 2021 will be $264.55

HOA Assessments not received by March 1, 2021 will be $269.18 plus the cost of the lien that will be filed with Mesa County for 60 days past due at the homeowners expense per the HOA Collection Policy.
