2026 Spring Cleanup
The Chipeta Heights Spring Cleanup will be held April 25, 2026 at 9 a.m. Meet us at the corner of Vista Hills Drive and B Road to help us spruce up our common areas. This will get you a $25 discount off of next year’s HOA dues. It should be a quick and easy cleanup this year!
